ABC Radio Health Report interviews researchers into weight gain with surprising results, defines what you should eat to lose weight #weight #fat #diet

This is really worth reading or listening to as very substantial research over a long time shows that long term weight gain is mainly due to diet and that nuts, whole grain, vegetables, fruit and yoghurt actually reduce weight, fats are neutral and refined carbohydrates such as white bread, rice and potatoes have the same effect on weight as eating sugar!!  It doesn't make any difference how the potatoes are cooked (ie boiled and chips the same), whole fat milk and low fat milk are the same with respect to weight gain, cheese is OK.
